Refund & Exchange Policy

Products may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Exclusions apply to custom-made, perishable, hygiene-related, or sale items. Defective goods are eligible for full refund, repair, or replacement. Terms subject to Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014.

If your return is accepted, delivery personnel will pick up the returned items, and you will be charged for the pick up (Kuwait: KWD 1.500). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your funds will be processed within 5 business days and refunded to the original payment method, less the delivery charge of the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We currently do not accept exchanges.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations after completing your order.
